As a 3D Motion Graphic Designer for Broadcast, you will play a key role in creating visually compelling and dynamic 3D model/elements and graphics for use in television and other broadcast media. Your expertise in 3D modeling, motion graphics, animation, and design will be instrumental in enhancing the overall visual presentation of our broadcast content. Working closely with the creative team and producers, you will contribute to the development and execution of captivating on-air graphics, promotional materials, and other visual elements.
- Conceptualize and design captivating 3D modeling, motion graphics, lower thirds, transitions, and other animated elements for use in broadcast productions.
- Create visually stunning and engaging visuals that align with the network's brand identity and overall creative vision.
- Utilize industry-standard software (such as Adobe After Effects, Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar tools) to bring graphics and animations to life.
- Collaborate with the Video and Graphic consultants to understand project requirements and creative briefs.
- Work closely with the consultants to integrate 3D and motion graphics seamlessly into video projects, ensuring a cohesive visual experience for the audience.
- Ensure that all 3D, graphics and animations are produced to the highest broadcast standards, adhering to resolution, color space, and technical specifications.
- Work in tandem with Video and Graphic consultants to brainstorm and contribute ideas for improving visual storytelling through motion graphics.
- Participate in regular creative meetings with the consultants to review and provide feedback on design concepts and ongoing projects.
- Maintain and reinforce the network's brand guidelines in all motion graphic designs, working collaboratively with Video and Graphic consultants to ensure a unified on-air look and feel.
- Perform thorough quality checks, in conjunction with the Video and Graphic consultants, to ensure accuracy and functionality of all motion graphics before they go live on air.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, techniques, and technologies related to motion graphics and broadcast design in collaboration with the Video and Graphic consultants.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in 3D modeling, Motion Graphics, Animation, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred. A strong portfolio of relevant work can be considered in lieu of formal education.
- Proven experience (typically 2-5 years) in 3D, motion graphics design, preferably in a broadcast or media-related setting.
- Demonstrated proficiency in industry-standard software like Blender, Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Exceptional artistic and design abilities, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Strong understanding of typography, composition, color theory, and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in animation techniques, keyframing, and video compositing.
- Knowledge of broadcast graphics standards and technical specifications.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a team of producers, directors, and fellow designers.
- Strong communication skills to articulate ideas and provide constructive feedback.
- Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
