How to Cancel Your DVB Monthly Recurring Subscription
We're sorry to see you go! If you need to pause or cancel your recurring payment, please follow the instructions below based on the payment method you used.
1. Payments via Credit/Debit Card (Stripe)
If you signed up using a credit or debit card, your billing is handled securely through Stripe.
- Log In: Sign in to your DVB Account.
- Go to Settings: Navigate to “Account Settings” or “Billing.”
- Manage Subscription: Click on “Manage Subscription” or “Cancel Plan.” This will take you to our secure Stripe billing portal.
- Confirm: Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation. You will receive a confirmation email once processed.
Tip: Can't find your login? Search your inbox for your original DVB Receipt. There is a “Manage Billing” link at the bottom of every invoice.
2. Payments via Vipps (Norway)
If you pay via Vipps, you can manage your agreement directly in the app:
- Open the Vipps app on your phone.
- Tap on “Me” (the profile icon) in the bottom menu.
- Select “Payment agreements” (Betalingsavtaler).
- Find DVB in the list and tap it.
- Select “Manage agreement” and tap “Cancel recurring payment” (Stopp avtale).
3. Payments via MobilePay (Denmark & Finland)
To stop a recurring payment in MobilePay:
- Open the MobilePay app.
- Tap on “Me” in the bottom right corner.
- Select “Payment agreements” (Betalingsaftaler).
- Find DVB and tap “Manage agreement.”
- Select “Stop agreement” and confirm.
Important Information
- Access: Once you cancel, you will still have access to DVB features until the end of your current billing period.
- Refunds: Canceling a subscription stops future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund for past payments.
