DVB ၏ ငြိမ်းချမ်းရေးမှတ်တမ်းရုပ်ရှင်ပြိုင်ပွဲအတွက် ရုပ်ရှင်ရိုက်ကူးသူ ၁၀ ဦးကို ရွေးချယ်နိုင်ခဲ့ပြီး ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

ယခုအခါတွင် ဒီမိုကရက်တစ်မြန်မာ့အသံ (DVB)၏ ပထမဦးဆုံးအကြိမ် ငြိမ်းချမ်းရေးမှတ်တမ်း ရုပ်ရှင်ပြိုင်ပွဲကို စတင်တော့မည်ဖြစ်ကြောင်း ဝမ်းမြောက်စွာဖြင့် ကြေညာအပ်ပါသည်။ 

ဒီမိုကရက်တစ်မြန်မာ့အသံ (DVB) သည် DVB တည်ထောင်ခြင်း နှစ် (၃၀) ပြည့် အထိမ်းအမှတ်နှင့်အတူ လက်ရှိကာလ ဖြတ်သန်းနေရသည့် မြန်မာ့သမိုင်းကို မှတ်တမ်းတင်နိုင်ရန်အတွက် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံအတွင်းရှိ ရုပ်ရှင်ရိုက်ကူးသူများ၏  တောင်းဆိုမှုကို တုံ့ပြန်သောအားဖြင့်  မှတ်တမ်းရုပ်ရှင်ဇာတ်လမ်းတိုပြိုင်ပွဲကို စတင်တော့မည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

ယခုမှတ်တမ်းရုပ်ရှင်ပြိုင်ပွဲတွင် စိတ်ကူးယဉ်မဟုတ်သည့် ဇာတ်လမ်းများကို  မြန်မာနိုင်ငံရှိ တီထွင်ဖန်တီးနိုင်စွမ်းရှိသူများက လုပ်ဆောင်၍ အကောင်းဆုံးကို ဆွတ်ခူးနိုင်မည်ဟု DVB က မျှော်လင့်ပါသည်။

ဒီမိုကရက်တစ်မြန်မာ့အသံ(DVB) သည် ပြည်တွင်းပြည်ပရှိ မှတ်တမ်းရုပ်ရှင်ရိုက်ကူးသူများအား ပြိုင်ပွဲအတွက် pitchesများကို စက်တင်ဘာလ ၁ ရက်နေ့မတိုင်မီ တင်သွင်းကြရန် DVB ချန်နယ်များကို အသုံးပြု၍  ဖိတ်ခေါ်ခဲ့ပါသည်။

DVB တည်ထောင်ခြင်း နှစ် (၃၀) ပြည့်အထိမ်းအမှတ်အဖြစ် ပထမဆုံးအကြိမ် ကျင်းပမည့် ပြိုင်ပွဲအတွက် အမှတ်ပေးရွေးချယ်နိုင်ရန် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံနှင့် အိမ်နီးချင်းနိုင်ငံများမှ လျှောက်ထားလာသည့် လျှောက်လွှာပေါင်း (၄၇) ခုကို လက်ခံရရှိခဲ့သဖြင့်  ယှဉ်ပြိုင်မှု မြင့်မားခဲ့ကြောင်း ဝမ်းမြောက်စွာဖြင့် အသိပေးလိုပါသည်။

DVB အနေဖြင့် ရွေးချယ်ရေးကော်မတီနှင့် ဂျူရီလူကြီးများအဖြစ် ဆောင်ရွက်ရန်အတွက် ကမ္ဘာတဝန်းမှ ကျွမ်းကျင်သူများအဖွဲ့ကို စုစည်းခဲ့ပါသည်။ DVBက စုစည်းထားသည့် ဂျူရီအဖွဲ့ဝင်များသည် အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသော  ပရော်ဖက်ရှင်နယ် သတင်းထောက်များနှင့် ရုပ်ရှင်ရိုက်ကူးသူများဖြစ်ကြပြီး မြန်မာနိုင်ငံနှင့်ပတ်သက်၍  လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့ကြုံရှိသူများ ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

ပထမဆုံးအကြိမ်အဖြစ် စတင်ကျင်းပမည့် DVB ၏ပြိုင်ပွဲသည် စိန်ခေါ်မှုနှင့် ယှဉ်ပြိုင်မှု ပြင်းထန်ခဲ့ပါသည်။

ရွေးချယ်ရေးလုပ်ငန်းစဉ်များ လုပ်ဆောင်မှုအပြီးတွင် ပြိုင်ပွဲတွင် ပါဝင်ရန်အတွက် ပရောဂျက် ၁၀ ခုကို ရွေးချယ်ခဲ့ပါသည်။

ရွေးချယ်ခြင်းခံရသူများအား  ရိုက်ကူးထုတ်လုပ်ရန် ကုန်ကျစရိတ်၊ ရိုက်ကူးရေးနှင့် စပ်လျဉ်းသည့် အကြံဉာဏ်များနှင့် သင်တန်းများကို ရိုက်ကူးချိန်ရက်သတ္တပတ် ၁၀ ပတ်တာကာလအတွင်း ပေးအပ်သွားမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ ရွေးချယ်ခံရသူများအနေဖြင့် လာမည့်ဒီဇင်ဘာလ အစောပိုင်းကာလတွင် ရိုက်ကူးရေးလုပ်ငန်းများကို အပြီးသတ်ရမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ 

ပါဝင်ယှဉ်ပြိုင်ခဲ့ကြသူများအားလုံးကို   DVB က ဂုဏ်ယူဝမ်းမြောက်ကြောင်း ပြောကြားလိုပြီး  ပါဝင်ယှဉ်ပြိုင်ရန်တင်သွင်းလာသည့် ပြိုင်ပွဲဝင် pitches များမှာ အရည်အသွေး လွန်စွာသာလွန်ကောင်းမွန်နေသည့်အတွက် ရွေးချယ်ရေးလုပ်ငန်းစဉ်တွင် စိန်ခေါ်မှု ပြင်းထန်ခဲ့ပါသည်။ 

ရွေးချယ်ခံခဲ့ရသူများသည် မိမိတို့၏ တီထွင်ဖန်တီးနိုင်မှုများနှင့် စိတ်ကူးအကြံဉာဏ်များကို လာမည့် ရက်သတ္တပတ်များအတွင်း လက်တွေ့အသုံးချနိုင်တော့မည်ဖြစ်သဖြင့် အကောင်းဆုံးများ ဖြစ်လာပါစေကြောင်း DVB က ဆုမွန်ကောင်းတောင်းအပ်ပါသည်။

DVB Peace Documentary Competition 2022 သည် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံမှ ထူးချွန်သော ရုပ်ရှင်ရိုက်ကူးသူများကို ဂုဏ်ပြုပေးနိုင်ခဲ့ပြီး  ရွေးချယ်ခံထားရသည့် ပရောဂျက် ၁၀ ခု၏ ရလဒ်များကို လည်း ၂၀၂၂  ဒီဇင်ဘာလတွင် မြင်တွေ့နိုင်မည်ဟု မျှော်လင့်မိပါသည်။

Ten filmmakers selected for DVB’s  Peace Documentary Competition

DVB is delighted to announce the commencement of the very first DVB Peace Documentary  Competition.

The Democratic Voice of Burma (DVB) has launched a short documentary contest in response to  demand from filmmakers inside Myanmar interested in documenting the current period of Myanmar’s history, and to celebrate 30 years of DVB broadcasting. DVB hopes that this competition will champion creative voices from Myanmar in non-fiction storytelling.

DVB used its channels to call on filmmakers inside and outside the country to submit pitches for a  short documentary before September 1st. We are pleased to share that in our first year we  received 47 pitch applications from Myanmar and bordering countries, which made competition  for being selected very high. 

We put together a panel of experts from around the world to act as a selection committee and jury. The jury members are all professional journalists and filmmakers with knowledge and  experience of working in Myanmar.

Following a challenging and competitive selection process from numerous strong applications, the jury has chosen the final ten projects to participate in the competition. The winning  submissions will be awarded with a production budget and offered professional advice and  training throughout a ten week production period before submitting their final film by the  beginning of December.

DVB congratulates all who participated. The quality of the submissions was very high and the  selection process was challenging. We wish the best of luck to the chosen entries over the next  few weeks as they put their creative ideas into practice.

We hope that the DVB Peace Documentary Competition 2022 will honour and elevate talented  filmmakers from Myanmar and we look forward to seeing the results of the ten chosen entries  when they are submitted in December 2022.
