ExcEL Awards 2019 ဆုရှင်များ ကြေညာ

ရွေးကောက်ပွဲနဲ့ပတ်သက်ပြီး အရှေ့တောင်အာရှက အကောင်းဆုံးသတင်းရေးသား တင်ဆက်ထုတ်လုပ်မှုတွေအတွက် အသိအမှတ်ပြု ပေးအပ်ချီးမြှင့်တဲ့  ExcEl Award 2019 ဆုရရှိသူတွေကို အင်ဒိုနီးရှားမီဒီယာဖွံ့ဖြိုးရေးအဖွဲ့(PPMN)က  ကြေညာပါတယ်။ ဆုရွေးချယ်ရေးကော်မတီအနေနဲ့ အင်ဒိုနီးရှား၊ မြန်မာ၊ မလေးရှားနဲ့ ဖိလစ်ပိုင်နိုင်ငံတွေက ဂျာနယ်လစ်တွေထံကနေ ရွေးကောက်ပွဲဆိုင်ရာ သတင်းပေးပို့ချက်ပေါင်း  ၁၀၀ ကျော် လက်ခံရရှိခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ဒီအထဲက ကြားဖြတ်သတင်း၊ သတင်းဆောင်းပါး၊ သရုပ်ဖော်ဆောင်းပါး၊ စုံစမ်းဖော်ထုတ်သတင်းနဲ့ ထင်မြင်သုံးသပ်ချက် ကဏ္ဍတွေအတွက် ဆုရရှိဖို့ ယှဉ်ပြိုင်ခဲ့ကြတာပါ။  ဆုချီးမြှင့်ပေးအပ်ဖို့အတွက် အကဲဖြတ်ဖို့ ဆုရွေးချယ်ရေးအဖွဲဝင် လူကြီးတွေအဖြစ် နိုင်ငံ ၅ နိုင်ငံက ဝါရင့်သတင်းသမားတွေဖြစ်ကြတဲ့ အင်ဒိုနီးရှားနိုင်ငံက အကြီးတန်းဂျာနယ်လစ် ဘမ်ဘန်းဟာရီမာတီ (TEMPO/ Indonesia)၊ ဖိလစ်ပိုင်နိုင်ငံက SEAPA အမှုဆောင်ဒါရိုက်တာဟောင်း  တက်စ်ဆာဘာကယ်လာ၊ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ ဒီဗွီဘီ သတင်းဌာနက အကြီးတန်းဂျာနယ်လစ် ဦးခင်မောင်စိုး၊ ဟောင်ကောင် ဘက်ပ်တစ်တက္ကသိုလ် ပါမောက္ခ ချာရန်ဂျော့ချ်နဲ့ ထိုင်းနိုင်ငံ Khaosod သတင်းဌာနက အကြီးတန်းဂျာနယ်လစ် ပရာဝစ်ရိုဂျနာပရပ်ခ် တို့ ပါဝင်ပါတယ်။ ဝင်ရောက်ယှဉ်ပြိုင်သူအားလုံးကို ဆုရွေးချယ်ရေးအဖွဲ့က  ပြိုင်ပွဲ စည်းမျဉ်းစည်းကမ်း စံသတ်မှတ်ချက်တွေအရ အကဲဖြတ်ဆုံးဖြတ်ပြီး ExcEl Award 2019 ဆုရရှိသူတွေကို အောက်ပါအတိုင်း  ကြေညာလိုက်ပါတယ်။   Best Breaking News Category ဆုရသူမရှိပါ Best Investigation Story Category ဒုတိယ အကောင်းဆုံးဆု Khalida Meyliza နှင့်အဖွဲ့ (Kompas TV, Indonesia)    ယှဉ်ပြိုင်သည့်ခေါင်းစဉ်  “Money Politics in the Vortex of Legislative Election”  အကောင်းဆုံးဆု  Karol Ilagan & Malou Manganas  ( PCIJ- Philippines)  “May 2019 Elections: Fraud-free? Fault-free? “A billion-peso blunder: 6 in 10 machines to verify voters conked out, not used at all” Best Feature/In-Depth Story ဒုတိယ အကောင်းဆုံးဆု -  Dieqy Hasbi Widhana ( Tirto.id, Indonesia)  “Fighting Over Mosque and The Ugly of Identity Politics.” အကောင်းဆုံးဆု -  Arkhelaus Wisnu Triyogo &  Danang Firmanto (Tempo Newspaper, Indonesia.) “PPP Require Legislator Candidates to Deposit Rp 500 Million” Special mention for feature  အထူးဆု   Agnes Theodora &   A Ponco Anggoro ( Kompas Daily, Indonesia.) “Ignoring the Political Reality of 2014” Best Commentary -ဆုရသူမရှိပါ။  -Special mention for commentary အထူးဆု  Brita Putri Utami  ( Solider.id, Indonesia) “Why disability issues matter in the 2019 Indonesian legislative elections? ပထမဆုရရှိသူအနေဖြင့်  ဆုကြေး ဒေါ်လာ ၁၀၀၀ ၊ ဒုတိယဆု ဒေါ်လာ ၈၀၀နဲ့ အထူးဆုတွေအဖြစ် ဒေါ်လာ ၅၀၀ ဆီရရှိမှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။  ဆုရရှိသူအားလုံးအတွက် ဂုဏ်ယူဝမ်းမြောက်ပါတယ်။
The Winners of ExcEl Award 2019 PPMN has announced the ExcEL Awards 2019 recipients. The ExcEL Awards are conferred by RESPECT to the best journalistic works on elections from Southeast Asia. The award committee received more than a hundred journalistic works done by journalists from Indonesia, Myanmar, Malaysia, and the Philippines. These works are competing to receive the award for categories of breaking news, feature/in-depth story, investigation, and commentary. The jury involved in evaluating these works and selecting winners came from five countries and include: Bambang Harymurti (senior journalist of TEMPO/ Indonesia), Tessa Bacalla (former Executive Director of SEAPA/the Philippines), Khin Maung Soe (senior journalist of DVB/Myanmar), Prof. Cherian George (Hong Kong Baptist University), and Pravit Rojanaphruk (senior journalist of Khaosod English/Thailand) Based on all terms, conditions and criteria of the competition, the jury reviewed all of the entries and decided that the winners of the ExcEl Award 2019 are as follows: Best Breaking News Category No winners Best Investigation Story Category Second Best Winner : Khalida Meyliza and team from Kompas TV, Indonesia.  The title of work is Money Politics in the Vortex of Legislative Election.
