Apology

DVB has recently published the cartoon on non-CDM teachers which is against the DVB's editorial policy and gender policy.  We have removed the cartoons from both DVB's Facebook page as well as from the website.  

Our editors are working under difficult situations and therefore, missing the editorial judgment on this before publishing it.
